CUPE is Canada’s largest healthcare union, and represents workers in more than 240 retirement and long-term care facilities in Ontario alone. Across Canada, more than 700,000 people are CUPE members, and in the last two years our membership has grown by more than 50,000.

Because we are a strong, democratic, and grassroots union that stands up for member rights both in the workplace and in our legislatures, we have become the union of choice for long-term care workers.
