No more profiting from pain!
71 residents died from COVID-19 in Orchard Villa. Others died from dehydration and starvation while rotting food was left on bedside tables. The home was infested with flies and cockroaches. Residents were left soiled without care.
For-profit LTC chain Southbridge owns Orchard Villa and has the highest death rate in Ontario.
Join Families of Orchard Villa, the Durham Health Coalition and the Ontario Health Coalition at a protest to STOP Doug Ford’s plan to give Orchard Villa a new 30-year license and expansion.
